Roll Crusher

FONG CHUAN’s Roll Crusher is developed to meet market demand due to its more efficient size reduction. Product Design

Roll Crusher is equipped with double toothed-rolls which are rotated in opposite direction. One of the roll is a shock-absorbing design, and the other is a solidly mounted roll. Feed material is passing down and crushed between the rolls to the underneath discharge zone.

Adjustment of desired spacing between rolls faces is determined by adding or removing shims so that Roll Crusher can produce a variety of finer particles.

 

Manufacture

Roll Crusher utilizes hydraulic cylinder to make the gap between two rolls maintain the desired spacing and pressures. If hard material such as iron pieces enter the machine, the hydraulic cylinder will provide a safety relief protection for excessive pressures to extend the lifetime of the machine.
