Product Design
The FongChuan Vibrating Screen Series are firmly constructed from an elaborate design – a pair of eccentric shafts are levelly and symmetrically mounted in a driving system of the vibrating screen, out of which violent vibration forces are generated in regular cycles.
The mesh of the screen sieve on the vibration screen is calculated and produced in the light of the varied feeding granularity, specific gravity, dryness and viscosity of the screening materials. All these ensure a large quantity of final product with an even particle size and a clean appearance can be obtained by the end of the screening process.
Manufacture
The vibrating screen is secured by tension springs on the outsides of its body. First made as a rod and then being worked into shape under heat, the tension spring has been quenched and tempered to acquire outstanding tensile strength and tensional capacity. It can effectively buffer the vibration and thus minimize the influence of the vibration screen to the environment.

The Fong Chuan Vibrating Screens have long enjoyed a good reputation in the business and their application has been extended into field such as sand and gravel aggregated screening, classification work for resource recycling treatment, incinerator residue segregation, solid waste processing, smelting by-product isolation and sorting of building materials for remanufacturing purpose.
Components
Eccentric shaft
The two eccentric shafts are made of carbon tool steel with high tensile strength and high hardness. The shafts are matched with high-quality bearings imported from Japan to facilitate a high workload as well as to ensure outstanding stability which is essential to a smooth screening process.
Eccentric shaft
With a pair of level and symmetric eccentric shafts, centrifugal forces in two opposite directions are generated and periodical vibrations with large magnitude are obtained. The screening materials move horizontally in bouncing paces so that a continuous screening effect is achieved in the meantime.
Screen sieve
The mesh of the sieve is carefully calculated and designed on the basis of the varied feeding granularity, specific gravity, dryness and viscosity of the screening materials.
The screening applications on our machines prevent the blockage of the material and achieve optimum performance of size classification and increased throughput.
Oil cooling circulating system
The oil cooling circulating system is a new feature of the FongChuan Vibrating Screen Series. Driven by the hydraulic pressure, cooling water is transported from an external system to the main drive continuously, in order to adjust the high temperature of lubricant generated by bearing friction and maintain the best operating temperature range. The wearing of the bearing at the high temperature resulted from the vibrating operation can be reduced by the cooling water, which helps extending bearing life, ensuring the screening work can proceed as stably smoothly as possible.
