Product Design
Fong Chuan’s HE Series Vibrating Screen’s oval-throw design minimizes plugging and maximizes probabilities of material passing through the screening openings, which ensures long lifetime of the machine. Screens with different opening sizes separate the aggregate material into different grades for further crushing. HE Series Vibrating Screens have both high screening efficiency and high throughput capacity. Besides, Horizontal screen installation saves space because only minimum head-room is needed.
Manufacture
The amplitude and throw angle of vibration of Fong Chuan’s HE Series Vibrating Screen can be adjusted by adding or removing weight elements bolted to the counterweights. The design combines the best features of the circle and straight line throw into a unique oval stroke. FC HE Series Vibrating Screen with custom-made screen openings is available in double and triple decks. The larger particles remain on the screen deck, and the smaller particles fall through the openings of the screen surface, which enables to separates material more accurately.

Components
Screen Mesh
Round perforated steel sheet increases efficiency for size classification. Customization of the screen openings is available.
Composite Rubber Spring/Steel Coil Spring
It has abilities to reduce vibration and lower noise levels, and ensures the stability when operating the machine.
Unbalance Exciter
Triple-shaft mechanism is given by counterweights built on the shaft. Vibration lifts the large particles out of the holes, and it also agitates the material and reduces the internal friction in the material.
Robust bolt
All the joints of side plates and frames are fastened by robust bolts which eliminates loose-connection problems.
