Product Design
Using a high-speed centrifugal pump, the FongChuan Mud Sand Separator can channel the mud sand mixture into a hydrocyclone. Within the hydrocyclone, the violent water vortex can drive the heavier sand to come out from the underneath of the hydrocyclone and the lighter mud water to flow away from the upper spinning grooves.
High-speed centrifugal pump
After the high-speed centrifugal pump is switched on, the motor will drive the pump shaft to run. This will lead to a high-speed rotation in the impeller taking a spherical design. While the mud water propelled by the impeller is flowing through the pump body, its speed energy will turn into a pressure energy and a vacuum or a low pressure can be formed at the impeller inlet, as a result, mud water is continuously sucked to and flows past the impeller.

Components

Hydrocyclone
At an earlier point, the mud sand mixture is channeled sideways into the cone-shaped hydrocyclone. Within there under the influence of the violent water vortex, the heavier sand is discharged from the underneath and the lighter mud water is drained through the upper spinning grooves.

Extreme anti-abrasion screen
Driven by a motor, the vibrating dewaterin screen can vibrate in continuous cycles so the water contained in the sand can be filtere through a steady movement of the sand on the screen. The mesh of the screen is carefully calculated to ensure xcessive water can be filtered and sand product with low water content can be obtained.

Vibrating dewatering screen
In the sand coming out of the hydrocyclone, there is still a small amount of mud water. And on a upward inclining water sieve, the periodical vibration of the water sieve can filter the remaining mud water and produce a high purity sand product.
