Product Design
The Fong Chuan Cone Crusher Series is aimed to achieve a high performance on the basis of an advanced design. Within a FongChuan Cone Crusher, the oscillating shafts are made of Ni-Cr-Mo steel to ensure an outstanding strength and stability, and the crushing plate is made of high manganese steel to facilitate an efficient crushing. The cone crusher has gained a good name in the market for its outstanding performance, solid structure and easy operation.
Manufacture
To obtain a vibration resistant firm structure, the FongChuan Cone Crusher uses high tensile strength, high hardness carbon tool steel in its body. The carbon tool steel is welded with cast steel through C02 arc welding technology, and is quenched, tempepd and annealed to increase the stability of the structure. Therefore the workpiece can have an optimal condition while its toughness and overall strength is enhanced too.
The outside of the cone crusher is secured with tension springs, which are first made as rods and then worked into shape under heat, quenched and tempered to acquire an outstanding tensile strength and torsional capacity. During the crushing, the tension springs can effectively help buffer the vibration produced by the crushing operation.

Components
Concave & Mantle
Cone plates are made of anti-wearing high-manganese steel. Its attachment is achieved through tenon joints. The quality and the productivity of the crushing operation are performed well, and the life of the cone plates are also prolonged. Inner wear liners are used in order to reinforce the structure of the crusher body.
Oscillating shaft
The cone-shaped crushing plate is made of high hardness anti-wearing high anganese steel. Its firm attachment is achieved through a tenon design. While the quality and the productivity of the crushing operation are improved, the life of the crushing plate is also prolonged. And in order to reinforce the structure of the crusher body, hub-and-spoke liner plate and internal liner plate are used in areas susceptible to friction.
Oil cooling circulating system
Driven by the hydraulic pressure, cooling water is transported from an external system to the main drive continuously, in order to adjust the heat generated by bearing friction and maintain the best operating temperature range. The wearing of the bearing at the high temperature resulted from the vibrating operation can be reduced by the cooling water, which helps extending bearing life, ensuring the screening work can proceed as stably and smoothly as possible.
