Product Design
The FongChuan Series Wheel Sand Washing Machines are available in customized designs: The grinding wheel support takes a one-piece design to ensure an endurable use; the mesh of the impeller sieve is carefully calculated so that high-quality sand can be produced in large quantities steadily; and the wheel-side is specially designed to facilitate a faster sand-washing and water-draining and further a high productivity.
Manufacture
The grinding wheel support is made as one-piece and its load is calculated with high precision. During the washing, it can bear the immense load formed by sand, gravel and water, and ensure the operation fares smoothly.

Components
Vibrating dewatering screen
The vibrating dewatering screen extends in an upward slant and vibrates periodically under the drive of a motor. On the vibrating dewatering screen the sand moves steadily while the water is filtered.
U-shaped groove on the wheel-side
The U-shaped grooves on the wheel-side are designed under the guide of physical principles. It can accelerate the draining speed of water while retaining the clean sand and thus enhance the output of the classification.
Impeller sieve
With a careful calculation in the mesh of the impeller sieve, excessive water can be filtered and the washing quality and the screening productivity are improved. The impeller sieve is of a replaceable type so that sieves with different mesh can be changed to meet the specific requirement on product.
