Product Design
The FongChuan Grizzly Feeder Series boast of a large economic benefit, a firm structure and an excellent productivity for overall operation. Employing a linear vibrating design, the double drive shafts can transmit a periodical vibration steadily. The feeding speed can be adjusted by a variable speed motor, and the feeding grating made of metal alloy is of an anti-wearing and replaceable type. Moreover, the feeder can be customized to ensure a smoother operation. Having gained a good reputation in the market.
Manufacture
The FongChuan Grizzly Feeder can not only aiding with the feeding of materials, it can also fulfill a preliminary screening of the materials. It can feed large particle size material into jaw crusher for a rough crushing, and feed medium particle size material into cone crusher for a relatively finer crushing. In this way the productivity of the overall operation is largely improved.
Four sets of tension springs are attached to the outside of the grizzly feeder. First made as rods and then being worked into shape under heat, the tension springs have been quenched and tempered to acquire an outstanding tensile strength and torsional capacity. They can help the feeder obtain the vibration needed and therefore lead to a smoother feeding.

Components
Main engine drive system
A powerful and stable drive can be obtained through the use of double shafts in the drive motor which can vibrate periodically in a linear vibrating path. The drive motor is also equipped with a speed changing device, which means the feeding speed can be altered through a simple operation.
Metal alloy grizzly bars
The special-designed metal alloy grizzly bars have undergone a special treatment which can increase the grizzly bars' wear resistance so as to ensure a more stable feeding process can be obtained. The grizzly bars can also be designed to comply with the specific requirement on product, it is easy to replace and can prevent the occurrence of blockage effectively.
